Hello beautiful soul,

I am a certified sound healer, Chakradance facilitator, and energy worker passionate about helping women awaken their inner power. My gentle and playful approach creates a safe and inviting space for my clients to explore movement, sound, and energy work as tools for transformation.

I offer a wide range of holistic wellness services to help you achieve balance and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Our experienced practitioners specialize in massage therapy, cupping therapy, sound healing, and chakra dance classes.

I use different sound instruments such as Quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, crystal pyramids, gongs, rattles, tingshas, chimes. Additional elements include color, essential oils, flower essences, crystals and breathing techniques to enhance the experience and help clear the aura and space. All while working to help balance the chakras.

Since I was little, I’ve always done things differently. Always outside of the box. The way I thought and lived. Living life fast and hard. Always challenging the limits. Questioning everything. I have always loved learning new things. I went to college for Landscape Horticulture. I took every single class that was offered. And decided I wanted to pursue arboriculture. I worked with trees in southeastern WI for awhile. I loved the freedom of climbing up in the canopy of a tree and artistically pruning it.

Then I moved to Seattle WA with my sister’s family. Walked away from life. But, it was there, where I became a Certified Arborist and fell in love. After a couple years we decided to get married and start a life near my family back in WI.

After 11 years of tree work, I decided to go back to school to become a Massage Therapist. Over the course of my time as a LMT, I have worked in high end spas, chiropractors, and most recently owning my own small business. I have studied many forms of energy medicine, aromatherapy and flower essences along with 3 years of clinical herbalism.

Along with all of the highs in life, such as marriage, 2 beautiful children, home ownership and life, I have also experienced immense lows. I had a broken marriage, anxiety, depression, weight gain, anger, shame, blame, co-dependency and destructive thought patterns to name a few. So I left my husband. I left the house. I started a new relationship. I thought I was happy. I started to let go of the past and move on. I thought walking away was healing. I eventually became best friends with my ex-husband. I tried to fix my external world and never really worked on what was inside suffocating me nearly to death. I still never really dealt with my own issues.

It wasn’t until I was standing in the freezing cold, paralyzed with shock after finding the father of my children dead, did reality start to hit me. The panic and fear took over. Depression set in. Sleepless nights. Dreaded days. Recurring nightmares. PTSD. My nervous system was on hyperdrive.

I had to do something. If not for myself, then for my kids.

It was in my darkest hours that I have had the most profound change in my life. Spirit has spoken to and through me. Shown me the way to help guide those that need love and compassion in THEIR darkest hours. I've developed a strong passion and desire for helping people take their health and wellbeing into their own hands. I love guiding people on their own transformational journey reclaiming their own personal power.
